About
Michael Zhang founded Sansotei Ramen in 2012 after travelling to Japan to enrol at the renowned Yamato Noodle School, where he mastered tonkotsu broth-making and noodle craft. The resulting restaurant earned a loyal GTA following and expanded across the region. The Richmond Hill location at 9555 Yonge Street serves the same high-quality Kyushu-style tonkotsu as the downtown originals, with options including the house Tonkotsu Black (enriched with burnt garlic), Tomato Ramen, and seasonal variations. Noodle texture (thin or thick) is guest's choice, and side dishes like chashu don are available. A free kids' ramen deal for children under 12 with two adult orders makes it particularly family-friendly.
