Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is the Toronto branch of the global Santouka chain, founded in Asahikawa, Hokkaido in 1988. The specialty is a clean, slightly sweet shio tonkotsu built around a 20-hour pork broth. The Dundas East room has run since 2012 under Japanese operational direction.
