About
Sushi Masaki Saito opened on Avenue Road in 2019 after chef Masaki Saito earned two Michelin stars at Sushi Ginza Onodera New York. Trained at Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo, Saito runs a strict Edomae counter: house-aged fish, red-vinegar shari, and a long, precise omakase for fourteen seats.
