OTSUKA is Berlin's most secretive sushi counter: tucked inside the entrance of Denns Biosupermarkt on Gartenstraße, Japanese chef Daisuke Watanabe runs this tiny, seven-seat omakase restaurant. A daily-changing selection of fresh European fish — Spanish tuna, Atlantic turbot, sea bass, and mackerel — is paired with masterfully seasoned rice. In 2025, OTSUKA was included in the Michelin Guide Deutschland, confirming its exceptional quality. Reservations are taken exclusively via Instagram.
