About
Miku Toronto opened on Bay Street at the waterfront in 2015 as the eastern outpost of chef Seigo Nakamura's Vancouver-born Aburi group. The Japanese-led kitchen serves the group's signature flame-seared oshi sushi alongside a full modern sushi and kaiseki menu, with a harbour-facing dining room.
