About
Sushi Kaji has served an omakase-only menu on The Queensway in Etobicoke since 2000. Chef-owner Mitsuhiro Kaji, trained in Japan, built the restaurant's reputation on a long prix-fixe tasting that pairs kaiseki-style cooked courses with edomae nigiri. It is considered one of Canada's most important sushi restaurants and one of the first to introduce formal omakase to Toronto.
