Sushi Sho New York opened in March 2024 under chef-owner Keiji Nakazawa, one of the world's most influential Edomae sushi masters who also operates Sushi Sho in Tokyo and Honolulu. The eight-seat hinoki counter on East 41st Street earned three Michelin stars in 2025 — a historic achievement and the fastest ascent to three stars in the NYC guide.
