About
Sushi Nakazawa opened in 2013 after Daisuke Nakazawa appeared in the documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi, where his decade-long apprenticeship under Jiro Ono at Sukiyabashi Jiro was documented in detail. The restaurant earned a Michelin star within months of opening and became one of the hardest reservations in the city. The 21-course omakase showcases seasonal neta from Japan with Nakazawa's precise, fast-handed nigiri style.
