About
Sushi Noz opened in 2018 under chef-owner Nozomu Abe, who trained in Tokyo before working at several Manhattan sushi counters. The counter is fashioned from a single piece of hinoki cypress and seats eight; the omakase runs around 20 courses focused on aged neta and house-blended vinegar rice. The restaurant received a Michelin star and has become one of the city's most respected traditional sushi counters.
