About
GOGYO opened in 2025 at 45 East 20th Street in Gramercy as the New York location of the Fukuoka-based ramen brand owned by the Ippudo parent company Chikara no Moto Holdings. Gogyo is best known for its kogashi ramen — a technique of deliberately burning miso or soy tare to create a rich, smoky broth base quite different from conventional ramen. The New York opening follows successful locations in Tokyo and Singapore.
