About
Chuko at 565 Vanderbilt Ave in Prospect Heights was opened in 2011 by three alumni of Iron Chef Morimoto's kitchen: Jamison Blankenship, David Koon (chef-owner), and James Sato (Japanese co-owner). The restaurant brought a more refined, restaurant-trained sensibility to Brooklyn ramen and has remained a Prospect Heights institution for over a decade.
