About
Sushi Kyu opened in 2024 on Brewer Street in Soho as the sister restaurant to Cube Mayfair. With only ten counter seats, it offers one of London's most intimate omakase experiences, supervised by chef-owner Takamasa Mogi, who trained in Japan and worked at Nobu before opening Cube. The omakase menus — priced around £52 at lunch and £75 at dinner — represent outstanding value for London, showcasing the same rigorous Japanese sushi technique as Cube in a more casual, accessible format. Pre-theatre menus are also available from early afternoon, making it a practical option for West End diners.
