Head chef Kosei Sakamoto works closely with local suppliers to source ethically caught fish and seafood, crafting an all-day menu of sushi, sashimi, teriyaki, tonkatsu and bento boxes all made fresh by hand every day. The 28-cover dining room, with its dark-wood interior and Wagasa umbrella ceiling detail, offers a calm refuge from the surrounding City buzz.
