About
Kioku by Endo opened in 2023 within Raffles London at The OWO, the converted Old War Office on Whitehall. Occupying the building's rooftop sixth floor, it offers a 55-seat dining room, rooftop terrace, an 8-seat chef's table and a private turret dining room. The restaurant is the work of Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master whose eponymous White City restaurant holds a Michelin star. The name 'Kioku' (memories) signals a menu drawn from his Japanese upbringing and international career — spanning Edomae nigiri, prime robata-grilled meats and fish, and tasting menus incorporating Mediterranean ingredients. The restaurant holds a Michelin Guide listing and has rapidly established itself as one of London's most dramatic dining destinations.
