About
Sushi Yoshinaga earned two Michelin stars in the 2025 Guide France, placing chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga among an exceptionally small group of double-starred Japanese sushi masters outside Japan. Yoshinaga trained in Japan before working at Okuda Paris and Yoshino New York, accumulating a meticulous command of Edomae technique. At his 10-seat counter, guests experience a single nightly omakase spanning different varieties of fatty tuna surgically selected and seasoned, warm dishes at the start of the meal, house-produced marinades and soy sauces, and an array of textures and temperatures curated down to the precise maturation of each fish. The dining room — cedar panelling, rosewood chopsticks, Japanese ceramics — is designed to frame the chef's performance without distraction. Only dinner service is offered, with two seatings at 7 pm and 9:30 pm.
