About
Shigeru Fujita, born in Hokkaido and trained for six years in the art of sushi in Sapporo, opened USHI in January 2023 at Herkomerplatz in Bogenhausen. Prior to this, Fujita-san served as head chef at Nobu Munich. USHI is his own concept: a pared-back, product-focused omakase menu of seven courses (€95), served at an open sushi counter in a small, stylish restaurant for around 20 guests. The Michelin Guide has noted USHI. In summer, the terrace welcomes up to 16 guests.
