About
Hakata Choten's second Paris location sits on rue de la Grande Truanderie in Les Halles, offering the same Japanese-owned tonkotsu ramen concept with all-day service. The broth is brewed to the Hakata house recipe — a cloudy, collagen-rich pork-bone stock — and served with thin straight noodles, chashu pork, bean sprouts, and spring onion. Gyoza and a short menu of Japanese starters round out the offering. The format is fast-casual and counter-oriented, staying true to the no-frills ramen shop tradition of Fukuoka. Open daily without a break in service, it suits both a quick weekday lunch and a late-evening bowl.
Why it's on Washoku Guide
- Continuous all-day service from noon to 10 pm makes it one of the most convenient Japanese spots in Les Halles.
- Same award-winning Hakata tonkotsu recipe as the flagship Petits Champs location, in a slightly larger space.
- Close to Centre Pompidou and Châtelet, making it an easy stop on any day of sightseeing.
