Opened on 17 January 2026, Nobu One Za'abeel becomes the 58th Nobu restaurant in the world and the third in Dubai, occupying the same sky-bridge address as Sagetsu by Tetsuya (Michelin 2 stars) within One&Only One Za'abeel. The venue spans a full-service dining room with panoramic views and an adjacent lounge bar with DJ programming on Thursday through Saturday evenings. The menu follows the globally standardised Nobu Japanese-Peruvian repertoire, curated under the creative direction of Japanese co-founder and chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa. The design ethos — refined materials, panoramic glazing, and understated luxury — reflects the wider architectural ambitions of The Link's sky-bridge setting. The opening adds a third distinct Nobu dining format in Dubai, complementing the long-established Atlantis The Palm flagship and the beach club at Atlantis The Royal.
