About
Launched as an entirely new Nobu format at the Atlantis The Royal in February 2023, Nobu by the Beach marks the brand's first foray into the beach club dining concept worldwide. Set on the resort's seafront, the venue encompasses a temperature-controlled outdoor pool, beachside loungers, an indoor restaurant with floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf, and a Robotayaki bar serving grilled skewers and bites throughout the day. The signature Nobu menu — black cod miso, rock shrimp tempura, new-style sashimi — is served from 11:30 in a relaxed resort setting. The concept was developed under Nobu Matsuhisa's creative direction, and while a local team manages day-to-day operations, the menu, brand standards, and culinary philosophy are entirely that of the Japanese co-founder. Families with children are welcome until 20:30; guests aged 12 and above thereafter.
