About
Takumi NINE Sapporo at Chausseestraße 124 is founders Haruhiko Saeki and Kenjiro Komatsubara's second Berlin restaurant, dedicated to the Sapporo style: rich miso, shoyu, and shio broths, along with the signature TanTan ramen, anchor the menu. As at the original restaurant, noodles from the legendary Nishiyama Seimen factory in Sapporo are used, tailored precisely to each broth. The restaurant is open 365 days a year with no reservation system — ramen on demand, in the finest Japanese tradition.
