About
Takumi Nine opened in December 2015 as the first ramen restaurant by Berlin founders Haruhiko Saeki and Kenjiro Komatsubara, who had originally established the Takumi brand in Düsseldorf. Head chef Yusuke Minamiyama uses a housemade chicken broth and noodles from the renowned Nishiyama Seimen factory in Sapporo, specifically matched to the soup. The restaurant does not take reservations — the concept is built on straightforward, honest ramen in the izakaya spirit.
