Ramen Bones 3 opened in February 2025 as the third worldwide location of Shohei Yoshida's ramen concept — following two locations in Japan. With over 20 years of training in Japan, Yoshida is a master of the Jiro-kei style, one of the most intense and rarest ramen formats, inspired by the cult Tokyo original Ramen Jiro. All ramen is prepared by hand — no compromises on broth or texture. Walk-in only; no reservation system.
