About
Uzuki opened in September 2023 at 95 Guernsey St in the 50 Norman complex in Greenpoint, founded by chef-owner Shuichi Kotani, who was raised in Hyogo Prefecture and moved to New York from Tokyo in 2008. The restaurant focuses entirely on towari soba — 100% buckwheat, no binding flour — across seven distinct preparations.
