The Last Call at 588 Grand St in East Williamsburg opened in its current form in late 2022 under Japanese owner Noriko Jimbo. Brooklyn Magazine described it as 'a little slice of home' for Jimbo, who personally grills yakitori skewers and karaage on Thursday through Saturday evenings. On Monday through Wednesday, Brooklyn Ramen takes over the kitchen space.
