About
Osusume Fumio opened in late 2025 on Glendale Blvd in Atwater Village under chef-owner Fumio Azumi, who spent approximately two decades working in Japanese kitchens in Los Angeles, most recently at Kogane in Alhambra. LA Times food critic Bill Addison greeted the opening as a highlight event in a March 2026 review. The evening omakase is $160 and the lunch omakase $120.
