About
Eat Tokyo was established over 40 years ago by Japanese owner Hiroshi Takayama and operates six branches in Tokyo and eight across London. The Bond Street branch — trading as Tonkotsu-ya — focuses on rich, slow-cooked tonkotsu ramen and sits steps from Bond Street station on Woodstock Street. Like all Eat Tokyo sites, the kitchen is Japanese-led, bringing classical techniques to crowd-pleasing bento boxes, sashimi, chirashi and gyudon at prices that consistently undercut the neighbourhood. No Michelin recognition.
