About
Ramen Mitsuyoshi opened in July 2019 in Huangpu as a joint venture of a Japanese ramen chef who had previously refined his craft at Ramen Koike and Chuka Soba Nishino in Tokyo — both Michelin Bib Gourmand recipients. The Chinese name 満吉 combines the given names of the two co-founders. The house speciality is a velvety, deep tonkotsu broth prepared according to the classic Hakata method. Mitsuyoshi today operates six Shanghai locations and is regarded by connoisseurs as one of the city's finest ramen destinations.
