About
Momi Ramen opened in 2013, when Jeffrey Chen — who grew up in Hong Kong and trained in Japan — launched his restaurant in a small brick building in Brickell. Chen spent more than a decade in Japanese ramen kitchens, including Hokkaido-influenced establishments, before opening Miami's first serious ramen address. The 25-seat restaurant is renowned for its daily house-made noodles, a meticulously tuned bone broth, and the signature oxtail tonkotsu. Momi Ramen has played a defining role in building Miami's ramen culture.
