JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) has verified Kimura-ya under its 'Taste of Japan' programme, recognising its commitment to authentic Japanese culinary culture abroad. The JBR branch at Al Habtoor Grand Resort was the first Kimura-ya to open in the UAE, benefiting from direct sourcing of Japanese ingredients including wagyu beef, premium sakes, shochu, and Japanese whiskeys. The menu ranges from tableside wagyu BBQ and hot-pot sets to classic à la carte sushi, teishoku, and skewer dishes.
