About
Opened in 2025 by a Japanese couple from the Osaka area, Tan Tan Dan occupies one of Stockholm's most intimate ramen spaces with just six seats. Co-owner Yuki is a trained sushi chef; her husband specialised in ramen through extensive kitchen experience in Japan. Their tantanmen — Japanese-style spicy sesame noodles — is made with housemade noodles and a carefully developed broth available in regular and dry (mazemen) styles. The restaurant posts in both Japanese and Swedish, announcing itself directly to Stockholm's Japanese community on Facebook. Its micro-scale makes each bowl intensely personal. Available for delivery via Uber Eats from Regeringsgatan 95.
