About
Opened in August 2024, Yuzu Omakase represents Osaka-born chef Yusuke Kuroda's commitment to traditional Japanese omakase in a city hungry for it. Kuroda brings nearly two decades of Japanese culinary experience including a tenure at Nobu Beverly Hills, channelling that high-end background into a more intimate and personal six-seat counter experience. The omakase menu changes with seasonal availability and Kuroda's market choices. Reservations are exclusively through Tock and fill up quickly. Eater Phoenix, Phoenix New Times, and Axios Phoenix have all covered the launch and praised the authenticity of the approach.
