About
Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex opened in 2013, occupying the building directly across Sawtelle Boulevard from the flagship. The Annex serves a classic tonkotsu shoyu ramen — the straightforward bowl that anchors the broader Tsujita menu — alongside the tsukemen available at the original. In 2025 the Annex temporarily served as the main Tsujita location during renovation of the flagship.
