About
Rokusho opened in 2024 inside Sunset Sound, Hollywood's legendary recording studio. The concept was developed in collaboration with Tokyo Michelin-starred chefs Hisashi Udatsu and Naotaka Ohashi, with executive chef Carlos Couts (formerly Sushi by Scratch) executing the menu in LA. The restaurant features wagyu, seafood, and robata grilling in a dramatic brutalist-inspired space.
