Ramen Tatsunoya was founded by Ryuta Kajiwara in 1999 in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. The Pasadena location opened in 2015 as the first and so far only US location of the chain. Kurume-style tonkotsu emphasizes a particularly rich, deep pork bone broth.
