About
Tatsu Ramen was founded by Ryu Isobe, a USC graduate of Japanese descent, and the Melrose Avenue location has been the brand's flagship since 2012. The restaurant offers customizable tonkotsu and spicy miso ramen with late-night hours extending to 1–3 a.m. Isobe has since sold the brand, but the Melrose location remains the original and most prominent outpost.
