About
In the summer of 2020, Atsushi Shimizu opened Shizuku as a Tokyo-inspired drinking retreat near Hasenheidepark in Kreuzberg. What was conceived as a refuge for introverts evolved into one of the city's most beloved Japanese spots. The food — created by Kyoto-trained chef Ayami Awazuhara — rotates regularly and is designed to accompany rare, unfiltered sake and shochu varieties. Japanese whisky, gin, and vodka round out the drinks offering. 14 seats; personal sake recommendations from the owner himself.
