About
Flatto opened in March 2025 as the sister restaurant of Momiji Charlottenburg, operated by chef Soshi. The restaurant is housed in a historic building from 1934 — formerly a butcher's shop — and serves classic Japanese teishoku lunch menus following the ichiju-sansai principle (one soup, three sides), rarely found in Berlin. Signature dishes are the karaage set and the tonkatsu set; the kitchen closes sharp at 14:30. Reservations by DM or email.
