Minami Restaurant brings the Aburi Restaurants Canada experience to Yaletown with a more intimate, elegant character than its flagship sibling Miku. Founded by Miyazaki-born Seigo Nakamura, Minami's menu centres on Aburi flame-seared sushi and a seasonal Japanese-inspired approach to West Coast ingredients. The restaurant holds 4.7 stars from over 3,500 OpenTable diners and has been recognised by OpenTable as one of Canada's top restaurants. Chef Alan Ferrer leads the executive kitchen. The Yaletown room features booth seating, bar seating, a garden terrace, and a private Blue Wave dining room for events.
