About
Akira Yoshida left Hyogo (Kansai region, Japan) to open his first ramen bar in Rome's Ostiense district in 2016, at a time when quality ramen was almost impossible to find in Italy. The formula — handmade noodles, long-simmered broths, no glutamate or artificial additives — resonated immediately. By 2025, the brand had expanded to 11 locations across Italy with €8 million in revenue, including a flagship noodle production lab at Fontana di Trevi in Rome. The main Rome Ostiense location remains the flagship, with additional branches in Prati and Piazza Bologna.
