About
Hiromi Maison is part of the celebrated Italian-Japanese restaurant group behind Otosan and Okasan, but operates as the group's most refined and immersive experience. Chef Aiuchi Takehiko, hailing from Japan's Kansai region, leads a menu spanning ramen, gyoza, doteyaki and sushi alongside over 160 sake labels — a collection that earned the restaurant the Gambero Rosso 'Valorizzazione del Sake' special prize in 2025. Tatami seating, kimono and yukata available for guests, and a Zen garden create a distinctly Japanese atmosphere rare in Rome. The kitchen is open late into the night, making it equally suited to a relaxed dinner and a late-night sake session.
