About
The Doral location of Shimuja Ramen is housed inside the popular Shoma Bazaar Food Hall, bringing Chef Keiichi Maemura's authentically Japanese ramen concept to Miami's western suburbs. Maemura, born and raised in Kagoshima, Japan, first honed his craft at one of Japan's leading ramen chains and operated two Shimuja outlets in Japan before expanding his mission to bring Kagoshima tonkotsu to South Florida. This location follows the same signature approach: an 18-hour, 100% pork bone broth, hand-crafted noodles, and more than eleven ramen variations.
