About
For nearly two decades, Takumi has been the defining ramen restaurant of Düsseldorf's Little Tokyo. Owner Haruhiko Saeki partnered with Hokkaido noodle artisans Nishiyama Seimen to bring shoyu, miso, and tonkotsu ramen to Europe at a level that regularly draws queues outside the door. The casual, no-reservation format and sub-€20 price point have made it a meeting place for both the local Japanese community and visiting food lovers. Today Brickny Europe operates over 50 Takumi locations across Europe, but this original branch retains the character of its founding vision.
