About
Conceived by Tokyo-born chef Teiichi Sakurai — the mind behind the acclaimed Tei-An soba house — TEN Ramen opened in 2015 as a fast-casual expression of his Japanese ramen philosophy. The Dallas Observer named it the best ramen in the city, praising the depth of broth and careful Japanese technique behind each bowl. Located at Sylvan Thirty in West Dallas, TEN is open daily and welcomes walk-ins, making it among the most accessible expressions of authentic Japanese ramen in the city. Acquired by Vandelay Hospitality in 2024 alongside Tei-An, a second location in West Village is slated for 2026.
