The 43-seat space is the brand's 18th US location and brings full sit-down dining—plus dine-in, takeout and delivery—to one of Chicago's most vibrant restaurant neighbourhoods. The menu replicates the original Asahikawa recipes: slow-simmered pork-bone shio, shoyu and spicy miso broths with customisable toppings including toro (pork cheek) chashu, seasoned eggs and noodles cooked to order.
