About
Opened in April 2019 by Yokohama-born, third-generation sushi chef Endo Kazutoshi, Endo at The Rotunda earned its first Michelin star within just five months of opening. Kazutoshi trained under a renowned Tokyo sushi master before moving to London in 2007, working at Zuma and later spending years honing his craft across New York, Dubai and Hong Kong. The intimate 10-seat counter atop Television Centre showcases his Edomae-led omakase philosophy — each piece of nigiri a distillation of classical Japanese technique applied to the finest seasonal produce. The result is one of London's most coveted and authentic Japanese dining experiences.
