About
Nobu London Portman Square opened in 2021 at the Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, a purpose-built property on the edge of Marylebone, replacing the original Nobu Berkeley Street location that closed in 2020 after a 15-year run in Mayfair. The flagship restaurant seats almost 200 guests across a sleek, modern dining room with a dedicated eight-seat sushi counter and a private dining room. The menu showcases Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine — yellowtail with jalapeño, rock shrimp tempura, miso black cod — alongside locally inspired seasonal dishes unique to the Portman Square kitchen. The restaurant is distinguished by its Sunday brunch with unlimited sushi and sashimi buffet and resident DJ, as well as a subterranean bar and lounge.
