About
Ippudo Goodge Street, opened in 2019, extends the Fukuoka brand's London footprint into Fitzrovia, one of central London's most food-forward neighbourhoods. Like all Ippudo UK sites, it is wholly owned and operated by Chikaranomoto Holdings, the Fukuoka-headquartered company that took founder Shigemi Kawahara's 1985 Hakata tonkotsu concept and grew it into a global ramen empire with over 180 locations worldwide and Michelin Guide recognition in New York and Hong Kong. The intimate Goodge Street format suits the split-session lunch and dinner format, with the kitchen's 12-hour tonkotsu broth — creamy, deeply savoury, spiked with Ippudo's proprietary tare — served in Shiromaru, Akamaru and Karaka-men variations.

- Convenient Fitzrovia location near Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street
- 100% owned by Chikaranomoto Holdings — direct Fukuoka provenance guaranteed
- Authentic 12-hour tonkotsu broth in signature Shiromaru, Akamaru and spicy Karaka-men
