About
Ramen to Bíiru's Vesterbro location on Enghavevej serves the same rigorously authentic Japanese ramen created by chef Takuro Otani, who relocated from Japan to Copenhagen to run the concept alongside Japanese co-founder Daisuke Uki. All broths and noodles are made from scratch daily at the restaurant. The ordering experience mirrors a Japanese ramen-ya: select your bowl from the vending machine, find a seat, and watch the kitchen at work. Mikkeller taps — both draft and canned — round out the offering. The all-day service (11:30 to 21:00 daily) makes it one of Copenhagen's most accessible authentic ramen destinations.
