About
The Gurugram location of the Kuuraku Group has been a fixture on Golf Course Road since 2014 and represents the most authentically Japanese restaurant in suburban Delhi NCR. Co-owned by Japanese national Kojiro Honda, the restaurant holds an Embassy of Japan certification (#009) and JFOODO/JETRO Food Supporter status (#5 in 2024 India list). Staff communicate in Japanese, menus are in Japanese and English, traditional tatami-style upstairs seating requires shoes to be removed, and the yakitori grills are prepared to the same standards as the group's Japan outlets. Japanese reviews note this as the most authentic izakaya experience in India. A Kuuraku Ramen casual outlet also operates at Aerocity Delhi.
