About
Master Katsu Nakaji carries four generations of sushi lineage from Tokyo's Hatsunezushi and has established his first permanent international outpost inside the multi-floor House of Ronin on Via Vittorio Alfieri. The counter seats ten, and the format is pure Edomae omakase: every course is prepared and served personally by Nakaji, reflecting a shokunin discipline that prioritises restraint, rice temperature, and fish ageing over spectacle. The Milan venue was initially structured as a recurring annual residency but has been confirmed as a permanent fixture, with regular seasonal editions and Christmas programming. Booking is through SevenRooms up to 60 days in advance; sessions sell out immediately.
